She represents institutional lenders, finance companies and borrowers with respect to construction and permanent real estate loans for retail, office, hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use properties on a national basis, including traditional balance-sheet loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities, participation and syndication structures, loan modifications and mezzanine financing. Julie has extensive experience in counseling clients in the sale, acquisition and development of commercial real estate, and the drafting and negotiation of loan documents, leases, loan sale agreements, legal opinions, and purchase and sale agreements.
