Jimmy Zack focuses his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. Prior to joining Lane
Powell, Jimmy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Brian D. Lynch and as a Judicial
Extern to the Honorable Karen A. Overstreet, both of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western
District of Washington. He has also worked as a Legal Extern for the U.S. Trustee Program and a
Chapter 13 Standing Trustee.
