Qingqing Miao focuses her practice on immigration and business law. Qingqing assists clients in navigating the complex U.S. immigration process and provides legal services to help their businesses grow and succeed. Her clients, ranging in size from individuals to corporations, are often involved in cross-border transactions, particularly transactions involving the U.S. and China. Qingqing writes about issues in international business and immigration law, which have been published in both
English and Chinese professional and academic journals. She is also a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on these topics.
Qingqing is strongly committed to serving and giving back to the community. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Washington Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association and the Secretary of the Asian Bar Association of Washington. She has also served on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Washington State Bar Association since 2011.
A native of Chongqing, China, Qingqing is on the Board of the Seattle Chongqing Sister City
