Areas of Practice
Colleen O’Neill represents employers in employment litigation and prepares separation agreements,
employee handbooks, offer letters and other employment agreements for employers. She is
experienced in counseling clients on issues such as terminations, minimum wage exemptions, and
unemployment compensation and benefits matters. Colleen has also represented corporate clients in
state and federal litigation involving employment, contract and insurance coverage matters.
