RESOLUTION TO ADOPT FY 2005 SCHEDULE OF TUITION AND FEES
WHEREAS, after review of the FY 2005 Budget, it has been determined that additional
revenues are required to provide necessary resources; and
WHEREAS, the FY 2005 Schedule of Tuition and Fees has been reviewed and increases
recommended; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to law, there has been a Public Hearing on the subject of the FY 2005
Tuition and Fees Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the increases in the tuition and fees conform with the language of the FY 2005
Appropriations Law to permit eligibility for participation in the Tuition Incentive Grant
Program; and
WHEREAS, the complete FY 2005 Schedule of Tuition and Fees is shown on the Attachment
A.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees adopts the FY 2005
Schedule of Tuition and Fees shown on Attachment A.
