Multi-Family Housing Ordinance: We are
working with Code Enforcement to draft, adopt
and implement ordinance which establishes
regular inspection of multi-family housing to
identify violations of Fresno Municipal Code
sections regarding housing conditions and
abatement of those violations.
Schedule for circulation to City departments and
presentation to City Council for public hearing
and adoption.


Code Enforcement Lead Safe Housing Team has
completed a lead visual survey in Lowell to identify Pre1978 Housing units in Poor Condition, with Visible
Deteriorated Paint, and occupied by a Child under the
age of Six.
We have identified 115 qualifying
properties.

The 115 properties identified will have a LHC Grant
program information packet mailed to both tenant and
owner.
