Mrs. Dudley serves as the Outreach Specialist for California State University, Fresno’s new Title
V Part B grant. The Graduate Net Initiative, which aims to harness technology to realize equity
of access and outcomes for Hispanic and other underrepresented graduate students through the
expansion of digital post baccalaureate academic programs and support services. She is part of
several committees and community groups that work towards enhancing services to underserved
populations and has previous experience working in grant funded programs that focused on the
expansion and delivery of student support services. Additionally, she has worked in Student
Affairs programs where her primary responsibilities included, student advising and teaching
career development skills.
