Dr. Eun-Ju Kim
She is currently Senior Adviser for
the Asia and Pacific Region in the
ITU, responsible for a number of
countries including from China, India,
Korea to Japan. Her additional
functions include gender, policy &
regulatory issues in ICT, and
relations with private sector members.
Before she joined the ITU, she has
served several senior posts in the
ICO Global based in London, the
London City University in addition
to Senior Adviser to Ministers of the
Ministry
of
Information
&
Communications, the Republic of
Korea.

She has been educated from Seoul
National University in Korea and
London City University in the United
Kingdom for her two Masters and Ph.
Degrees respectively.
She has also published numerous
books and articles as well as attended
as a speaker, panel or chairperson in
various international meetings and
conferences.
