as you can.
Evaluate your ideas and focus on
the best ones – not too many
though!
Develop your ideas more fully – what are
the risks and opportunities? Get into the
detail. of the idea.
Plan, plan and plan some more. What
resources will you need for your enterprise?
Time? Finance? People? Premises?
Advertising? Customers?
Put together a business plan showing how you
will organise these factors.
Create a to do list based on your business
plan and allocate tasks according to the
skills and abilities you have. Find out
where you can access resources you don’t
have.
Make it happen. Put your idea
into practice and evaluate as you
go along.
