Call a friend and plan to share chores of the season. Clean, cook, shop together. It’s always nicer with a buddy. Remember, the only gift that really matters to your children is the gift of yourself. Remember, you must have a current education plan on file with us in order to receive book vouchers. If you have already done your education plan with general counseling, please get a copy from them and bring to our office. You may schedule an appointment with a counselor at Fast Track or with general counseling. The Student Health Center can be a good starting point if you think you may need help with depression. Our nurses and counselors are familiar with the symptoms of depression, and can help you decipher if what you are experiencing is more than just a case of the blues. We also can provide help finding the appropriate sources for help.
