IPR Policy specifies basic principles. (TTC Board of

Operation Procedures specify detailed procedures
regarding IPR Statements and their maintenance,
including IPRs owned by non-members. (IPR
Committee approves and publishes Operation
Procedures.)

Copyright in Standards
TTC is following up the discussions on
revisions of the software copyright guidelines
in ITU-T
• Contribution submitted to the ITU-T adhoc
Group on IPR (Dec 2011) to assure the
attached software provided to SDOs
TTC is also noting the other SDO’s discussions
and treatment on the matter.
