Now that the pandas have arrived in Scotland the zoo
needs to encourage as many visitors as possible to come
and visit them.
Task B
In a group or with a partner, design a leaflet or a poster
to advertise the arrival of the giant pandas to Edinburgh
Zoo. You could even make up a rap, a short video/
PowerPoint presentation or a jingle. Remember, you
want to attract foreign visitors. How many languages can
you use?

Pandas adorent manger
Tous les jours Tiántián und Yángguān mangent beaucoup! Chaque
jour ils mangent 10 à 20 kilos de bambou. Quand ils ont faim en
général ils mangent …

Un bébé panda!
En Chine il y a seulement 1,600 pandas aujourd’hui. Un
bébé panda est très précieux. Au début le bébé pèse
seulement cent grammes et il mésure environ 10
centimètres. Le bébé a besoin d’être nourri de sa maman
toutes les deux heures!
