CARMELO ABELA staqsa lill-Ministru tal-Edukazzjoni, Kultura, śgħaŜagħ u Sport: Tista' l-Ministru tgħid jekk hemmx xi korrelazzjoni bejn l-arrangamenti għall-eŜamijiet tal-SpLD fillivell ta' MATSEC mill-University Access Team ma' dawk mogħtija mill-istess bord lill-istess studenti meta jidħlu l-Università? Tweāiba – Seduta numru 178, Data: 11/01/2010 L-ONOR. DOLORES CRISTINA: Il-Bord tal-Access – Disability Support Committee isegwi l-linji gwida li għaddew mis-Senat tal-Università ta’ Malta. Dawn jinstabu fid-dokument University of Malta Disability Support Services and Access Arrangements 2009 li jinstab ukoll fuq il-website talUniversità kif ukoll tal-Kunsill Nazzjonali Persuni b’DiŜabilità. Ir-risposta tinstab f’1.4 fuq paāna 13. L-arranāamenti għas-SEC huma differenti minn dawk għall-MATSEC u dawn differenti minn dawk tal-Università. Ir-raāuni hija spjegata fid-dokument University of Malta Disability Support Services and Access Arrangements 2009 li jinstab ukoll fuq il-website tal-Università kif ukoll tal-KNPD f’1.4 paāna 13 li tgħid: “The ADSC recognizes that SEC examinations are intended as certification for secondary education. Matriculation examinations, on the other hand, constitute the qualifications for further education and degree or diploma or certificate examinations may be the key to a variety of professions which assume certain knowledge and ability to enable the professional’s safe conduct. Thus, the same access arrangements may not be possible at all examination levels. It should be recognized that whereas some arrangements may be acceptable at SEC level they may need to be modified at Matriculation level and for University level.” 2. CHRIS AGIUS staqsa lill-Ministru tal-Edukazzjoni, Kultura, śgħaŜagħ u Sport: Tista' lMinistru tgħid jekk hux qed tikkonsidra li tagħmel l-Isports bħala suāāett eŜaminabbli fis-SEC, bħalma jsir fil-GCSE li jagħmluh ëerti skejjel f'Malta fejn l-isport jintrabat mas-saħħa, jiāifieri mhux eŜami fuq kemm persuna tiāri jew eŜami fuq ir-regoli tal-isport, iŜda kif l-isport jintegra fil-ħajja? Tweāiba – Seduta numru 189, Data: 03/02/2010 L-ONOR. DOLORES CRISTINA: Is-suāāett tal-Edukazzjoni FiŜika jista’ jintgħaŜel bħala Option mit-tielet sena tas-sekondarja. F’dan is-suāāett issir prattika u teorija ta’ kif wieħed jista’ jtejjeb ilkwalità tal-ħajja. L-istudent jitgħallem kif l-isport u l-attività fiŜika jistgħu jkollhom effett poŜittiv fuq il-ħajja. L-Edukazzjoni FiŜika huwa suāāett eŜaminabbli tas-SEC li beda jiāi eŜaminat mill-2004. Il-Bord tal-MATSEC diāà qed joffri eŜami fl-Edukazzjoni FiŜika fil-livell tas-SEC. Dan l-eŜami fih Ŝewā partijiet. L-ewwel parti tikkonsisti minn eŜami prattiku fejn il-kandidati juru l-ħila tagħhom fi tliet attivitajiet fiŜiëi u minn proāett li jinħadem fl-iskola. It-tieni parti tikkonsisti minn eŜami ta’ sagħtejn bil-kitba li fih il-kandidati jwieābu mistoqsijiet minn dawn it-tliet sezzjonijiet: (A) IlMoviment u l-Attività FiŜika; (B1) Is-Saħħa u kif IŜŜomm Ruħek f’Kondizzjoni Tajba, u (B2) isSistemi tal-Āisem u r-rendiment fl-Isports, kif ukoll (ê) l-Isport fis-Soëjetà. 9 3. Tweāiba – Seduta numru 211, Data: 28/04/2010 L-ONOR. DOLORES CRISTINA: Il-ħlas għal revision of papers fl-eŜamijiet tal-MATSEC huwa ta’ €34.94 għall-eŜamijiet kollha f’kull livell, jiāifieri fil-livelli tas-SEC, Intermedju u Avvanzat. CARMELO ABELA staqsa lill-Ministru tal-Edukazzjoni, Kultura, śgħaŜagħ u Sport: Tista’ l-Ministru tgħid, issa li qed isiru l-orali tas-SEC f’diversi skejjel, għaliex ma jitqabbdux wardens biex jikkontrollaw it-traffiku u jŜommu l-ordni u mhux jagħtu ëitazzjonijiet fl-inħawi ta’ dawn l-iskejjel? DOLORES CRISTINA: Filwaqt li l-Wardens ikunu qed jaqdu dmirhom waqt il-ħin taleŜamijiet, se jingħatawlhom rakkomandazzjonijiet sabiex l-enfaŜi tkun aktar dwar il-kontroll tattraffiku milli li jingħataw ëitazzjonijiet, sabiex jiāi evitat il-konfuŜjoni tat-traffiku jew xi periklu. 6. Domanda Parlamentari numru 17716, Data: 27/05/2010 TFAJLIET U ĀUVINTUR LI GĦAMLU L-EśAMIJIET L-ONOR. êENSU GALEA staqsa lill-Ministru tal-Edukazzjoni, Kultura, śgħaŜagħ u Sport: Tista' l-Ministru tagħti tagħrif dwar kemm kien in-numru ta' tfajliet u āuvintur rispettivament, li applikaw għall-eŜamijiet tas-SEC u MATSEC rispettivament għas-sessjoni ta' Mejju 2010? Domanda Parlamentari numru 18628, Data: 18/06/2010 STUDENTI LI GĦAMLU L-EśAMI TAL-KIMIKA L-ONOR. ANTHONY AGIUS DECELIS staqsa lill-Ministru tal-Edukazzjoni, Kultura, śgħaŜagħ u Sport: Tista' l-Ministru tgħid kif se jiāu kompensati l-istudenti li poāāew għall-eŜami tal-kimika fil-livell avvanzat tas-sena 2010, li għal dan l-eŜami damu ma bdew għal kwaŜi iktar minn sagħtejn u li meta l-istudenti talbu għal iktar solution bilkemm ingħataw? Dan id-dewmien Ŝgur li kompla Ŝied mat-tensjoni u eëitament li studenti jkollhom għal dan l-eŜami diffiëli ħafna u li huwa ferm bŜonjuŜ li mhux biss tgħaddi minnu imma li trid iāāib marka għolja biex tkun tista' tidħol għal kors talmediëina. Tweāiba – Seduta numru 263, Data: 18/10/2010 L-ONOR. DOLORES CRISTINA: L-istudenti li qagħdu għall-eŜami prattiku tal-kimika fl-4 ta’ Āunju 2010 wara nofsinhar kienu informati b’ittra minn qabel illi l-eŜami kellu jibda wara li llaboratorji jkunu mnaddfin u rranāati wara l-ewwel sessjoni tal-istess eŜami li ssir filgħodu. Bħassoltu, il-kandidati nŜammu jistennew f’sala apposta sakemm dan seta’ jsir. Din il-prattika ilha fisseħħ għal ħafna snin u qatt ma kkawŜat xi problemi lill-istudenti. Din is-sena l-eŜami sar f’erba' ëentri l-istess ħin u f’kull wieħed minn dawn il-ħin li kien hemm bŜonn għat-tindif u preparamenti kien differenti skont il-kobor taë-ëentru. 11 Il-kandidati kollha ngħataw l-istess ammont ta’ solution li kellhom bŜonn u min talab għal iŜjed āie mogħti biŜŜejjed biex seta’ jkompli jaħdem. Minkejja li jsir minn kollox biex l-eŜami jsir taħt kondizzjonijiet l-istess kullimkien, il-prattika hija li qabel ma joħroā ir-riŜultat aħħari, l-eŜaminaturi jispezzjonaw ir-riŜultati tal-prattiku minn sessjonijiet differenti tal-eŜami u meta jkun hemm ħjiel ta’ xi problema jittieħdu dawk il-miŜuri li jkunu xierqa fië-ëirkustanzi. 8. Domanda Parlamentari numru 20066, Data: 07/10/2010 L-EśAMIJIET TAê-êES L-ONOR. ANTHONY AGIUS DECELIS staqsa lill-Ministru tal-Edukazzjoni, Kultura, śgħaŜagħ u Sport: Tista' l-Ministru tgħid għaliex inbidlet is-sistema edukattiva u issa l-istudenti jridu jāibu iëëertifikati kollha fuq ëertifikat wieħed tal-'O' levels u jekk allura xi ħadd āab tliet 'O' levels u jonqsu tlieta oħra jrid jerāa' jpoāāi għaë-ëertifikati kollha f'salt? Jekk kien hemm xi tip ta' filosofija jew raāuni għaliex din is-sistema nbidlet, sar rivalwazzjoni jekk dan l-iskop intlaħaqx u jekk is-sistema lādida hijiex qed iāāib iktar tbatija mentali u finanzjarja fuq dawk li jkunu nvoluti? Tweāiba – Seduta numru 285, Data: 16/11/2010 L-ONOR.
