Session 2. Best practices in establishing a favorable environment. Shared use with other
market players and industries. Disputes settlement mechanisms

During the session, the Forum participants get acquainted with the best practices in establishing
a favorable environment for the shared use of infrastructure. Additionally, the assessment of the
current state of things and ways to facilitate the implementation will be provided, and some
aspects of policy-making process in this area will be covered as well.

During the session, the shared use of infrastructure and interconnection aspects will be covered.
The operators are to share their vision on these issues. Also, the telecommunication networks
