Duplications Service Center cabrillo.edu/internal/duplications/ 7 days-2 weeks turnaround time. Located in the
Mailroom (Room 1005, Below the Library)—Submit copy jobs by e-mail (best method) with duplication request form to
duplications@cabrillo.edu, to the Duplications mailbox, or in person with duplication request form.--see Duplications link

Opening/Locking Classrooms. Division Office (or Watsonville Program Coordinator) will issue a key to your
building/classroom. Alarm codes are issued by your division office and will work anywhere on campus (Aptos or
Watsonville) where you have authorized access. If no key is available: M-F - First call your division office, then Facilities
Planning & Plant Operations (FP&PO) 479-6465. If no response or for eves/weekends, call Sheriff’s dispatch at 471-1121.
Disruptive Behavior & Concern for Student Issues: 479-6525 Dean of Student Services, Michelle Donohue.
Early identification/intervention is key to good student behavior management. You are encouraged to meet with students
in office hours as soon as you have a concern. Discuss concerns and inform student of progressive consequences if
disruption continues. For discipline procedures see p. 13 of the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook at:

report incidents, and “Concern for Student” forms to report concerns, are on Student Affairs website:

All reports will be reviewed by the SSCT (Student Support Conference Team) and will result in intervention by Dean of
Student Services or member of the SSCT. For serious incidents jeopardizing the safety of students or anyone, call 911.
