Computer literacy is usually required even when an agreement does not specifically ask for it. It is always advisable to recommend BUS 5 or
CIS 1 + 1L.
Lower-division courses used to satisfy Business computer literacy, pre-major or minor requirements (including Economics and Mathematics
courses) must have been completed within seven years of the date of admission to the Business Administration Major for
Sacramento State. Sacramento also requires MIS 15 (no Cabrillo Equivalent) for the MIS concentration starting F04.
CalPoly Information Systems Concentration requires either CS 19 or CS 11
