NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Cabrillo Community College District of Santa Cruz County, acting through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, hereby calls for Request for Proposal for polling services from qualified opinion research firms to conduct a public opinion poll to understand the knowledge and attitudes among the District’s constituents on related educational issues and to determine the feasibility of passing the Bond Measure. RFP-CCCD-16-01-Polling Services Scope of Services: includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Initial meeting with District staff to assess related needs of District. 2. Preparation of scientifically valid survey questions based upon identified issues, needs and questions gathered as part of the Consultant’s work with District staff and other thirdparty consultants. 3. Presentation of draft survey questions to District staff and other third-party consultants. 4. District approval of final survey. 5. Identify adequate and appropriate sample to allow for scientifically valid responses. 6. Administration of the survey. 7. Tabulation of the survey responses in a written report with recommendations and alternatives. a. Review survey questions and results with District polling task force staff b. The CCCD maintains the right to reject all proposals at its sole discretion. In that this is a Proposal process and not a bid process, there will be no bid protest process.
