This Addendum No. 1 sets forth modifications to portions of the bid and
contract documents for the above-referenced work described as:

Asbestos, Lead and PCB Abatement Project Specifications-Clarifications
1) Page 02 82 00-20, 1.3.3 Site Conditions
Add the following language to D. Dumpster location:
Plan on being able to use a couple of parking spaces from Parking Lot H to park a
dumpster. They may not necessarily be the ones closest to the work area.
2) Asbestos, Mercury and PCB Scope of Work
Page 12-228, Item #6
Add the following language to Item 6:
Casework to be demolished, unless tagged by the District for storage, in which
casework is to be moved to a storage area on campus designated by the District.
3) Asbestos, Mercury and PCB Scope of Work
Page 12-228, Item #12
Add the following language to Item #12, Non-Abatement Item:
Fixed seats in Room 612 are to be reused by the District. Remove seats and
related hardware to a storage area on campus designated by the District.
