NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to Public Contract Code 22032 et seq. notice is hereby given that sealed bids
will be received by the Cabrillo Community College District up to and including times
and dates indicated below for:
B16-03 Parking Structure A & B Fire Protection
This project includes repairing overhead fire sprinkler system serving existing parking
structures A and B. The existing 1 1/4” thin wall branch lines are leaking and will be
replaced throughout the system with 2” Schedule 10 galvanized steel branch lines. Scope
also includes replacement of additional branch lines and bracing as well as new sprinkler
heads.
Bid and Contract Documents. The Bid and Contract Documents will be available on
the Internet at the District’s website; http://www.cabrillo.edu/internal/purchasing/
Electronic Bid and Contract Documents are available at no charge.
Mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2016,
10:00AM Bldg 2030, Purchasing, Contracts and Risk Management Office.
Bids will be accepted until 2:00:00 PM Thursday, April 21, 2016.
