My name is Austin Yungmeyer and I want to join our Student Senate as a Senator-at-Large. I
am a great candidate because I am an empathetic, compassionate, committed person. I am
consistent, energetic, and an academically driven student who wants to be involved with the school
and my passion about lifelong learning. I aspire to represent and support my constituents with
honor and respect. I would like to demonstrate my commitment by directing my enthusiasm and
energy back to Cabrillo College, which has provided countless students with an immense array of
academic opportunities. I will support the rich diversity of my constituents by engaging in their
interests, social activities, and listening to their unique fresh ideas they have to offer. I want to
support, encourage, and create wonderful memories with my fellow students if I am selected as a
Senator-at-Large.
