As stated in the All College Day presentation, these would be posted along with our mission statement and CORE 4 as indicators of how the college will model its behavior/actions as we continue our planning and service to students and the community. I would like to ask the CPC to consider a small task force of no more than 5 people from CPC who would be willing to attempt a “stab” at writing these values statements as drafts for the CPC to review and discuss. Attached are the values submitted from the break out groups for our use, along with several Values Statements taken from other colleges who have preceded us on this journey. I would like to discuss the next steps and get your feedback on the feasibility of creating a task force to review the collected values, look at ways in which the values might be written as drafts, bring the draft outcome back to CPC for review and thoughts. Values (Collected from the groups) – the numbers by the words represent the word itself (one group stated this word) and the number of other groups in addition.
