EveryyeartheBiologyDepartmentawardsscholarshipsto8-10outstanding
studentsthatarepursuingcareersinthefieldofBiologyorAlliedHealth.The
amountsrangefrom$250-$1500each,dependingonthespecificscholarship
awarded.Thesescholarshipsarebasedprimarilymerit,althoughextenuating
personalcircumstancesarealsotakenintoconsideration.AteamofBiologyfaculty
thoroughlyevaluatesallapplicationsandmakesawardstothosestudentsthathave
shownexemplaryworkintheirbiologycourseswhileatCabrilloCollege.

thelasttwoyears
