Job Summary:

This position serves as Office Manager providing clerical, receptionist and administrative support to all program staff within the Academic Assistance Center, as well as the Plan for Success program and the Non-Traditional and Veteran Student

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Two years of experience in general office, clerical, and administrative support work.

Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

Application materials will be screened using the following preferred requirements for skills, experience, or educational background:

Familiarity with computers and other office technologies (copier, fax, scanner, etc)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, the K-State Student Information System

(KSIS) and the Content Management System (CMS)

Experience in Confidential Information Management (receive, record, store, & report in a secure manner)

Experience in office management and conflict resolution

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

1) Act as Office Manager.

2) Provide clerical and administrative support to the 101 Holton Hall staff – to include correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, etc.

3) Provide receptionist and customer service.

4) Provide on-line enrollment services to students.
