• Weekly Supported Work Experience 10am – 2 pm
• 4 work stations on the busy factory floor, fully
integrated with McAlpine staff
• Real live work. Nothing that is a simulation
• Assemble small parts for large orders, 2part jobs –
6 part jobs. Real progression
• Rules for work / dressing for work. Maximum
output

 In Birgidale Kitchen set up by Fair Deal in Castlemilk

CLN
 assisted us to improve our approach to providing support to
young people with CLN
 provided a platform for us as an organisation to secure additional
funding
 further developed our HYG project and in particular launched our
Culinary Excellence with HYG programme.
