Haroldo Pazzini Motta Haroldo Pazzini Motta holds a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Brasilia (UnB), has post-graduate course in systems engineering by the Associação de Ensino Unificado do Distrito Federal and specialization in regulation of telecommunications services by UnB. Participated in extension courses in spectrum management, design of microwave routes, interference analysis and mitigation techniques among others related to telecommunications. He began his career at Embratel, Agência Brasil - Radiobrás, Ministry of Communications, Anatel, TÜV Rheinland Brazil (certification body designated by Anatel) and HM Telecommunications Consulting. Returned to Anatel in 2007 as a specialist in regulation of telecommunications services, currently working on Spectrum, Orbit and Broadcasting Management - ORER. He is also deputy-coordinator of the Brazilian Communications Commission (CBC-2) - Radio Communications.
