Professional Biography of Junior Mc Intyre Junior Mc Intyre is currently employed at the Caribbean Telecommunications Union as the Project Coordinator for the Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program and is responsible for providing direct project management support and technical assistance to participating countries and implementing agencies in the coordination and execution of the activities of the Program. Junior previously served as the head of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at the Ministry of Local Government, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of ICT Strategic Planning and Information Systems Development at the Ministry, and its fourteen (14) Municipal Corporations. Junior was also the head of ICT and a member of the executive management team at the Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. There he played a major role in the overall governance, strategic direction and general leadership of the College. Junior also served for many years as an ICT Professional at the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago. Junior Mc Intyre holds a Masters of Science degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management. Junior is passionate about the use of ICT to promote economic and social development, particularly in developing countries.
