4. The candidates should ensure that the correct marks are furnished by him/her in the
application form. The candidate is informed after proper scrutiny of his/her marks,
it is found that the marks furnished by him/her in the application form are not
correct, then,
i)
His/Her admission will be forfeited irrespective of the stage of the course
he/she is at that time.
ii)
Legal action will be initiated against him/her for furnishing wrong
documents.
5. Fee paid will not be refunded.
6. For any legal matters jurisdiction will be Tirunelveli.

found incorrect /or found to be false at a later date on verification we agree to forego any claim for

2. If admitted we agree to be bound by the rules and regulations now in force and those be made from
