Eligibility:
Any woman who is currently a full-time junior at an accredited college or university in the United States or Canada for the 2009–
2010 academic year is eligible to enter. Student athletes, see rules below.
Judging and notification:
A panel of judges will evaluate candidates based on leadership experience, personal involvement in community and campus affairs,
and academic excellence. Winners will be notified on or about May 30, 2010.
Each entry must include:
A completed application form.
An official college transcript (may be mailed separately).
■ A black-and-white or color photograph (for identification purposes only); please attach this to your e-mail with the completed entry form,
or include it with your mailed entry.
■ At least two letters of recommendation; please use the forms provided (may be submitted separately).
■ CDs, videos or samples of your work may be mailed separately from your entry form. You may also enclose any relevant newspaper clippings
or describe local recognition received in newspapers, on radio or television, etc. Label photo(s) and enclosures with your name and school.
Note: All materials will become the property of Condé Nast Publications and will not be returned.

RULES: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. The competition is open to women who are full-time juniors attending a four-year college in the United States or Canada who aren’t scheduled to graduate before May 2011. Student athletes may enter and win the competition, but special accommodations will be made to comply with National
Collegiate Athletic Association rules. Contact TTCW@glamour.com or 212-286-6667 for details, or go to glamour.com/contest for application. The competition is void outside the 50 States, the District of
Columbia and Canada; void in Quebec and where prohibited. The sponsor reserves the right to extend the deadline of the competition to January 15, 2010, at its discretion. The sponsor is not responsible for
lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail or postage-due mail entries. In the event a potential winner can’t be contacted or doesn’t respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be chosen on or about May 30, 2010. Each winner receives a $3,000 cash prize and a three-night
trip to New York, including round-trip coach airfare from the major airport nearest her home. Approximate retail value of the prize is $4,500, depending on the exact itinerary. Winner must be able to travel to
New York on the date determined by Glamour or an alternate winner may be selected. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by sponsor, in which a prize of equal or greater value will be
substituted. Except when prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name, likeness and winning entry for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity/permission release; and (iii) winner may be required to execute release of sponsor from any and all liability with respect to
participation in the contest and/or use of the prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 14 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. Sponsor is not responsible for errors
in the administration or fulfillment of this contest, including, without limitation, mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this contest based upon such errors at its
