A Resolution to Form Committee on Governing
Organizations (CONGO)

Ms. Cindy Zhang, President, RHA
Whereas, flaws have been found in the current constitution;
Whereas, ambiguous wording also needs to be cleared;
Whereas, new needs for the organization and for residents have arose which calls for
constitutional changes;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Committee on Governing Organizations (CONGO)
be formed;
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chair of said committee will be
appointed by the RHA President;
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all committee members will be selected by
the Chair.
