ITEM FOR DECISION (3) The Graham Allen Award for Conservation and Design Pages 3 - 4 This report outlines the need to establish a Working Party to act as the judging panel for this year’s Graham Allen Award for Conservation and Design and to agree the proposed dates for the judging and presentation of the awards. 5.
