NOTICE
Please take notice that:
Regulation 5 of the Local Authorities Act (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings
and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 requires 28 clear
days notice to be published of the intention to hold a meeting of a decision
making body in private.
Five clear days before a private meeting a further notice must be published.
Notice is hereby given under Regulation 5(4) to hold a meeting in private of
the Cabinet on 15th October 2012 to consider a report on ‘4/4A Market Street
(and adjacent public conveniences) North Walsham. The meeting is private
under paragraph 3 Schedule 12A (as amended) of the Local Government Act
1972 – ‘information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular
person (including the authority holding the information) ‘
