DECISION
1.
To note the progress achieved to date in respect of the preparation of Conservation Area
Appraisals and Management Plans.
2.
To agree the programme identified for the delivery of adopted Conservation Area
Appraisals and Management Plans in the 2011-12 financial year (Cromer, Fakenham,
Sheringham and Wells-next-the-Sea).
3.
That further reports on the progress with the programme are brought before the Working
Decision List - Cabinet – 5 September 2011
Party and Cabinet as appropriate.
To adopt the following amended recommendation:

To not appoint an advocate for Built Heritage to represent the Council at national level, but
instead that this role be undertaken by Mr K Johnson as part of his Portfolio
responsibilities.
b) MINUTE 10: FAKENHAM CONSERVATION AREA: ADOPTION OF CHARACTER APPRAISAL
AND MANAGEMENT PROPOSALS
To defer making any decisions on the recommendations of the Planning Policy and Built Policy
Working Party.
c) MINUTE 11: RUSSELL TERRACE MUNDESLEY ARTICLE 4(1) AND 4(2) DIRECTION
To adopt the following recommendations of the Planning Policy and Built Heritage Working Party:
1.
That the Direction under Articles 4(1) and 4(2) of the Town and Country Planning (General
Permitted Development) Order 1995 at Nos 1-23 Russell Terrace, Mundesley be re-served
to include solar panels on the south elevation of Russell Terrace and for the Direction to
be confirmed providing there are no objections received following the statutory 28-day
public consultation period.
2.
That the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government be notified of the
Council’s intention to serve an Article (4(1) and 4(2) Direction.
JOINT STAFF CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE
DECISION
No action necessary.
That the minutes of the meeting of the Joint Staff Consultative Committee held on 13 June 2011
be received.
BUDGET MONITORING 2011/12 – PERIOD 4
DECISION
a) To note the contents of the report and the revenue account forecast for the current financial
year.
b) To note the current position on the 2011/12 capital programme and approve the amendments
