number of countries that have legislated and
implemented an online antipiracy law.
Abstract— During recent years, a few
countries have put in place online antipiracy
laws and there has been some major enforcement
actions against violators. This raises the question
that to what extent antipiracy actions have been
effective in deterring online piracy? This is a
challenging issue to explore because of the
difficulty to capture user behavior, and to
identify the subtle effect of various underlying
(and potentially opposing) causes. In this system,
we tackle this question by examining the impact
of two major antipiracy actions. We capture
snapshots of Bit Torrent publishers at proper
times relative to the targeted antipiracy event
and use the trends in the number and the level of
activity of these publishers to assess their
reaction to these events.

INTRODUCTION
During the past decade, the Internet has
witnessed an increasing level of online piracy of
copyrighted content. In particular, Peer-to-Peer
content distribution applications (e.g.,BitTorrent,
Gnutella) and Cyber locker services
(e.g.,
Megau-pload) have facilitated illegal sharing of
copyrighted content1 At the same time, the
availability of copyrighted content by these
systems at no cost, has led to an explosion in
their popularity and therefore to their
contribution in overall Internet traffic. While
legal actions were taken against few major and
many minor violators who illegally published,
consumed or facilitated the distribution of
copyrighted content, online piracy appears to
become even more widespread in different
countries. In recent years, these trends have
prompted copy-right holders to demand the
legislation and implementation of more effective
online antipiracy laws in several countries.
However, such an effort has faced strong
opposition by various stake holders in several
countries. In fact, we are only aware of a small

Here the card will be issued to the authorized
person. Whenever the person wants to activate this
module, first he has to insert that issued card. Then
that card information will be send to the comparator.
The comparator will check the authentication of a
card. If the Card is authorized then that signal will be
sent to the microcontroller. After the card
authentication the microcontroller will asks for the
password. When person enters the password in
keypad, that entered password information will be
send to the MC checks the entered password and then
it generates the output. The output of MC is given to
the IR transmitter it starts transmitting the IR light if
the password is correct. Because of this light we
cannot capture a clear video.
In the process of voice communication through
the visible light on the transmitter side voice is used
as the input signal. This signal is converted to an
electrical signal through a condenser or microphone.
This electrical signal is amplified by the amplifier
circuits and fed into the power LED. The light signal
from the LED varies according to the intensity of the
voice signal. The louder is voice the glow of the LED
will be more. At the receiver side light dependent
resister will receive the light signal and
correspondingly generate an electrical signal
proportional to it. This electrical signal is processed
by a demodulator circuit, which is then fed to a
speaker and it produces the audio signal which was at
the input of the transmitter side.

A. Power supply unit:
This section needs two voltages viz., +12 V &
+5 V,
as working voltages. Hence specially

designed power supply is constructed to get regulated

Keypad:
A Keypad is a set of buttons arranged in a block or
"pad" which usually bear digits, symbols and usually
a complete set of alphabetical letters. If it mostly
contains numbers then it can also be called a numeric
keypad. Keypads are found on many
alphanumeric keyboards and on other devices such
as
calculators,
push-button
telephones,
combination locks, and digital door locks, which
require mainly numeric input.
processors in average computers. This approach
reduces costs, heat and power use. The low power
consumption of MC processors has made them
very popular:
The MC architecture (32-bit) is the most widely
used architecture in mobile devices, and most
popular 32-bit one in embedded system.
MC processor features include:
• Load /store architecture.
• An orthogonal instruction set.
• Mostly single-cycle execution.
• A 16x32-bit register
• Enhanced power-saving design.
E. Buffers :
Buffers do not affect the logical state of a
digital signal (i.e. a logic 1 input results in a logic 1
output whereas logic 0 input results in a logic 0
output). Buffers are normally used to provide extra
current drive at the output but can also be used to
regularize the logic present at an interface.
F. Drivers:
This section is used to drive the relay
where the output is complement of input which is
applied to the drive but current will be amplified.

C. IR Transmitter AND Receiver:
The infrared transmitter & receiver are
designed to sense the presence or absence of
partitions such that lighting functions change to
accommodate the appropriate size space.
Infrared (IR) transmitters and receivers are
present in many different devices, though they are
most commonly found in consumer electronics.
The way this technology works is that one
component flashes an infrared light in a particular
pattern, which another component can pick up and
translate into an instruction. These transmitters and
receivers are found in remote controls and all
different types of devices, such as televisions and
DVD players. Peripheral devices that include this
technology can also allow a computer to control
various other consumer electronics. Since infrared
remotes are limited to line of sight operation, some
products can be used to extend the signals over a
hardwired line or radio frequency (RF)
transmissions.
G. Relays:
It is a electromagnetic device which is
used to drive the load connected across the relay and
the o/p of relay can be connected to controller or load
for further processing.
H. Indicator:
This stage provides visual indication of
which relay is actuated and deactivated, by glowing
respective LED or Buzzer.
I. VLC transmitter and receiver:
VLC is implemented using white LED
light bulbs at downlink transmitter. These devices are
used for illumination only by applying a constant
current. By fast and subtle variations of the current,
optical output can be made to vary at extremely high
speeds. This variation is used to carry high speed
data.
D. Microprocessor:
MC is computer processor based
RISC architecture. A RISC-based computer design
approach means MC processors require
significantly fewer transistors than typical

VIII. CONCLUSION:
This paper mainly deals with the idea of
avoiding the piracy which is a major constraint of
Visual media. It presents a study on how major
antipiracy actions affect the behavior of publishers
in the large Bit Torrent portal who primarily
publish copyrighted content.

A VLC system used to transmit high quality video
and audio signal was proposed and demonstrated by
using illumination LEDs. The analog signals were
transmitted using the illumination LEDs in the
transmitter. The photodiode at the receiver senses
optical signals from the LEDs and is converted into
electrical signals. The electrical signal is then
amplified to recover the digital signal and converted
back to analog signals. To obtain this signal is
amplified to increase the strength such that it will
drive the preceding stage such as power LED and its
driver and to remove noise capacitor filter is used.
In this project can make use of Light as a source
of medium to transmit the signals as it is known that
light is ambient and it doesn’t affect the human’s life
or nature here we are transmitting the audio signals
via light.

FUTURE WORKS:
There is always chance to improve any
system as research & development is an endless
process. Our system is no exception to this
phenomenon. The following developments can be
done for this project. If someone is doing piracy of
movies in theatres then by adding GSM and GPS
we can send a message to the concerned person.
