The Musical
Based on the beloved children’s books by Tomie
dePaola, Strega Nona the Musical is the tale of a
friendly, magical witch who strives to cure the
everyday ills of the tiny Italian town of Calabria.
When a local lug fools with Strega Nona’s magic
pasta pot, and can’t figure out how to turn it off,
pasta threatens to engulf the whole town – unless Strega Nona can save the day. This enchanting production illustrates the importance of the
adage “be careful what you wish for, lest it come
true” and that you can’t judge a pot by its pasta!
Grades Pre-K to 4th, Ages 4-9 .
Thanks,Westminster, for your
commitment to the arts.
