Abstract:This paper mainly focuses on designing of a full-

fledged online voting system that facilitates users i.e. voters,

use. We should consider the fact that a large portion of the
process (up to declaring results). Our proposed system is
efficient adheres to voting protocol, simple & easy to
maintain. It maintains details of voting, voters, candidate &
election. It will decrease false voting & it will increase voting

D. Research Objective
The main aim of our project is to overcome the drawback
of existing voting system that to cast a vote voter has to go
to the polling booth in which he/she has registered. EVoting System will allow a voter to vote from anywhere
irrespective of the place and ward.
Our moto is to develop such a framework that is secure and
trusted, that verifies the valid user without any suspect. It
should support multi user environment system and keep
track of all the detail and description of the client. This
system will contain various reports and well managed
documents regarding the election process. One important

thing is that it should be able to handle and manage
extremely large amount of data and records.
The e voting system works as follows:
Objectives of Project:
1) Completeness & adherence to voting protocol
Election Commission makes available registration forms
2) Authenticity of voters, vote cast & non-

traceability of votes
3) Maintain integrity of digital ballot against
1) Form 6(Inclusion of names for residents electors),
2) Form 6A(Inclusion of names for overseas electors),

4) Ensure availability & reliability of voting
3) Form 7 (Any objection on inclusion of names),
4) Form 8 (Correction of entries in Electoral Rolls),
system
5) Minimize costs to government
5) Form 8A (Transposition within assembly).
II. PROPOSED METHOD
Voters can fill above mentioned forms as per their needs.

IV. CONCLUSION
Proposed methodology will enable voters to cast their vote
online through Internet. Voters will not be needed to go to
voting booth. They can vote from anywhere It will also
enable voters to register themselves online. The proposed
system is secure and faster than existing system. Problem
of fake voting is also eliminated.
The E Voting System will help to reduce human errors as
the whole system is automated.
