SSW Student needs your help with thesis survey
My name is Cari Lee Merritt and I am a second year student at Smith College School for Social
Work, conducting research for my thesis. My goal in this research is to examine the relationship
that exists between training and education in human sexuality and the comfort level of Smith
graduate clinicians in addressing sexuality with clients. If you are a Smith College School for
Social Work graduate who has completed your education between the years of 2000 and 2009
and are engaged in a clinical practice with adult clients, I invite you to participate in this secure,
anonymous, web-based survey. The survey will require approximately 15 minutes of your time
for which no compensation is provided. If you would like to participate in the anonymous
survey, you may access the informed consent and the survey through the following secure
internet link: http://www.surveygizmo.com. Please feel free to pass the link along to other
Smith Graduate clinicians who may be interested in participating. If you have any questions or
concerns please feel free to contact me at cmerritt@smith.edu
