The ICT Price Basket (IPB): Combines
fixed-telephone, mobile-cellular and
fixed-broadband Internet prices for 165
economies into one measure and ranks
countries based on their 2011 prices, and in
relation to income levels. The IPB value reflects
the affordability of ICT services since prices are
calculated as a percentage of a country’s
average GNI per capita.
