WHEREAS, the need for broad-based citizen involvement,
from the private sector in educating the public and assisting
the Governor and other state elected and appointed officials
in attacking this drug problem is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, William P. Clements, Jr., Governor of
the State of Texas. under the authoritv vested in me. do
Lewia E. Bracy, Jr., of Uvalde, Uvalde County, is replacing
Eloy Centeno of San Antonio, Bexar County, whose term expired. Mr. Bracy will represent the general public.
James H. Simms of Amarillo, Potter County, is replacing
Mario Yxaguirre of Brownsville, Cameron County, whose .
term expired. Mr. Simms will represent employers.
