Government Defeat in Lords
on Planning Bill
Tuesday 18/11/2008
On 18/11/2008 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an
amendment to the Planning Bill: To delay Community Infrastructure Levy
legislation for 60 days and to give both Houses of Parliament the power to
approve the regulations rather than just the House of Commons.
This was defeat number 29 in the parliamentary session.
