Government Defeat in Lords on Planning Bill Tuesday 18/11/2008 On 18/11/2008 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an amendment to the Planning Bill: To delay Community Infrastructure Levy legislation for 60 days and to give both Houses of Parliament the power to approve the regulations rather than just the House of Commons.
