on Counter-Terrorism Bill
Tuesday 11/11/2008
On 11/11/2008 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an
amendment to the Counter-Terrorism Bill: To insert a clause to allow a High Court
judge acting in capacity as a coroner to have access to intercept evidence in
inquests.
This was defeat number 27 in the parliamentary session.
