Government Defeat in Lords on Enterprise Bill [HL] Monday 30/11/2015 On 30/11/2015 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an amendment to the Enterprise Bill [HL]: To insert a clause requiring that the environmental objectives of the Green Investment Bank are specified in the company's articles of association, and ensuring that the articles require its directors to act and review their actions against the objectives.
