on Housing and Planning Bill
Wednesday 04/05/2016
On 04/05/2016 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an amendment
to the Housing and Planning Bill: To insist on previous amendment to require
sustainable drainage systems to be implemented in all new developments, ending the
right to connect to existing conventional drainage, and extending current provisions
which exclude small-scale developments.
This was defeat number 60 in the parliamentary session.
