Projects Implemented
 e-Soochna Kiosk: A touch screen based G2C system, installed
in the DC office, provides information to citizens regarding
history, geography, fact-file, blood donor’s list, various
developmental schemes, Vehicles & Driving License queries,
Important Contacts etc. This facilitates the citizens in knowing
in advance the requirements for their work. We are also updating
it as and when there is any change in the information provided in
it.
 Schemes MIS: A web-based system for sanctioning of funds for
developmental schemes and their monitoring in the District.
The software has been implemented in District Planning Office
Kullu and is helping the department in monitoring all the funds
sanctioned for different schemes.
Projects Implemented
 e-Courts: A mission mode project of NeGP implemented
in the District Courts and all the sub-ordinate Courts in the
District. For its implementation separate manpower has
been appointed by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh,
and we are helping and guiding these persons as and when
there is any requirement.
 NADRS: National Animal Disease Reporting System has
been implemented at four locations in the District. The
veterinary department is using it.
 MNREGA Soft: The software has been implemented at
DRDA and five block offices. It has helped to keep a watch
on the funds of MNERGA.
Projects Implemented
 eSamadhan: Implemented in the District, this is a role
based application for all the departments for redressal of
grievances and demands.
 Shastr: It has been implemented in the district and one
Sub-division.
It
is
a
system
for
Issuance/Renewal/Endorsement of Arm Licenses. It is
working successfully in the district since three years as of
now.
 Manav Sampda: It is web-based software and has been
implemented to record personal details of employees and
to generate their service books online. It has been
implemented in all the state government departments in
the district.

 RCMS: Revenue Courts Management System has been
implemented at all the revenue offices in the District.
It has been developed by DIT-HP, but we are guiding
the officials who are working on it in Kullu district.
 Kanoon Vyavstha: Linked with State police portal
and being in use for transmission of data of CIPA. It
has been implemented at seven police stations in the
district Kullu.
Projects implemented
 eNimantran: The software has been developed and
implemented to send the invitations to dignitaries and
prominent persons for important functions organized by
District Administration. It has been implemented here at
Kullu also.
 NDAL: National Database for Arms Licenses has been
implemented in the District. The concerned official is
regularly updating the information in it.
 AGMARKNET: A web-based software working for six
APMCs in the District. New software has been
implemented after providing the training to the concerned
officials.

 e-Rozgar:
This system implemented at all
employment exchanges to computerize registration
process.
 RCMS: The Ration Card Monitoring System has been
implemented in the District with almost 80% Aadhar
seeding of all family members covered in the Ration
Cards.
 IVFRT Project: Under this project C-Form and SForm has been implemented in the District. A few
training have also been done by us for its
implementation.

Election Support:
 During State Assembly and Lok Sabha elections
DISE software was implemented by NIC Kullu for
the Election Department for randomization of
EVMs, election duty of Micro-observers and Polling
Personnel. Also NIC Kullu has provided the facility
for Electoral Roll Management for conducting
PRI/ULB elections.
 On the day of Poll i.e. on 7th May 2014, live webcast
of polling process was done from 17 locations in the
District under the supervision of NIC Kullu.

Social Justice & Empowerment:
 eKalyan: This software has been implemented
to disburse the social security pension through
money orders, Bank and Post office accounts.
The software has been implemented at District
Welfare Office Kullu.
 ePehchan: The software is used to issue
disability and Senior Citizen Identity cards. The
software has been implemented at District
Welfare Office Kullu.
Projects implemented
Revenue Department:
 Himbhoomi LMK: Implemented at Sugam Centres and all
Lok-Mitra Kendras in the District to issue the Nakals (RORs)
to land owners of the state. It has made the process of issuing
of ROR’s easy for the general public in the district. Also it is
generating a lot of revenue for LMK’s.
 HimRis: The software has been implemented at all the seven
Tehsils in the Kullu to facilitate the work of Land Deeds. It is
also generating a huge amount of revenue for e-governence
society Kullu.
 Lok Praman Patra: The software has been implemented at
all the seven Tehsil offices to issue Praman Patras to the
general public and issuance of duplicate certificates from
LokMitra Kendras (CSCs). It is also generating a huge amount
of revenue for e-governence society Kullu.

Finance & Treasury:
 e-Salary: The software has been implemented at
District Treasury and Sub-treasuries to prepare the
salary of all employees of all Departments for the last 910 years and it has made the work of disbursement very
easy for the treasury officials.
 e-Pension: It is a web-based software for generating and
distribution the pension to pensioners settled in the
District. It is helping the pensioner a lot to get their
pension details and arrears.
 e-Kosh: The software has been implemented at District
Treasury and all Sub-treasuries to computerised the
treasury functions and transfer the data to eKosh for
monitoring and controlling of State finances. it has
made the work of disbursement very easy for the
treasury officials.

Sugam Centres:
 These centres have been setup in the District Collectorate
office and three Sub-divisions of the District with the software
support from NIC. These setups are providing hassle free
services to the citizens under one roof. The services being
provided in the Sugam Centres are:
 Issuance and renewal of Driving and Conductor Licenses by







using ‘Sarathi’ Software.
Vehicle registration etc. by using ‘Vahan’ software.
Issuance of permits to Commercial vehicle owners.
Issuance of High Security Registration plates to vehicles
owners.
Issuance of 14 types of certificates by using ‘Lok Praman Patra’
software.
Registration of Deeds by using ‘HimRIS’ software.
Issuance of RORs by using ‘Himbhoomi Nakal’ software.
Aadhaar registration and issuance of e-Aadhaar.
Projects implemented
NICe-Allotments:
 NIC Kullu has also developed a software named NICe-
Allotments for International Dussehra Festival which
held every year. This is helped District Administration in
managing the process of plot allotments to all the
shopkeepers during Dussehra Festival, which is
otherwise a cumbersome process if done manually. It
also prints the Photo identity cards of all the
shopkeepers who by plots during the festival. Right now
the process of allotment is going on and till today the
total collection has gone up to Rs. 1,38,02500. This is the
collection of four days and still three more days are left
for the allotments. Also MIS reports can be drawn from
this software. It is helping the Dussehra Committee
Kullu to reply the queries of RTI also.
