Consequent
upon his appointment
as State Chief Information
Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the
retirement of Sh. Bhim Sen, IAS(HP:81), Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister and
Principal Secretary(Excise & Taxation, RPG and Tribal Development)to the Government of
Himachal Pradesh at his own request, with effect from the date of assumption of charge as
State Chief Information Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh, by relaxing the three months'
notice period for such retirement from service, in order to enable him to take up the said
appointment in pursuance of Rule 16(2) of All India Services (DCRB) Rules, 1958 and the
second proviso of the aforesaid rule.
