The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the retirement of
Sh. V.C.Katoch,
Shimla,
IAS (HP: 95), Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh,
at his own request, with effect from 31.10.2011, by relaxing days falling short for the
three months' notice period for such retirement from service, in pursuance of Rule 16(2) of All
India Services (DCRB) Rules, 1958 and the second proviso of the aforesaid rule.
