Consequent upon his appointment as Member of the Himachal Pradesh
Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is
pleased to order the retirement of Sh. Kamal Sharma, IAS(HP:2002),
Special
Secretary to the Chief Minister, Managing Director, HP State Electronics Development
Corporation, Shimla and Director, YSS, Himachal Pradesh at his own request, with effect
from 31.12.2014 and also relaxing the notice of three months' period for such
retirement from service, in order to enable him to take up the said appointment in
pursuance of Rule 16(2) of All India Services (DCRB) Rules, 1958 and the proviso of the
aforesaid rule provided there under.
