exercise of the powers vested

Article 316 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal
Pradesh is pleased to appoint Dr. Man Singh, HPAS, Special
Secretary (Personnel) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh as
Member, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission for a term of
six years from the date on which he enters upon his service or until
he attains the age of sixty two years, whichever is earlier;
