2014, with immediate

allowances/facilities
and
benefits

to
effect, in the public interest.

may either
H.P. judicial
Officers
choose all
or those
admissible to officers working under the State Government, from the date of his
joining in the H.P. Secretariat, Shimla.
The
Governor,
Himachal
Pradesh,
in
pursuance
of
letter
No.HHC/GAZ/14-53174-V dated 25th September, 2014, issued by the Registrar General,
High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, is further pleased to order the relieving of
Shri Madan Kumar, a member of H.P. judicial Service, presently posted as Additional
Secretary (Law) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, consequent upon
his transfer and posting as Civil judge (Senior Division)-cum-CJM, Shimla, enabling him
to join his new assignment, with immediate effect, in the public interest.
