High school graduates in the state of Michigan
After peaking in 2007-08 at 123,576 graduates, the state saw substantial contraction beginning in
2009-10. By 2019-20, high school graduates will fall 20% to below 99,000 and the decline is
projected to continue indefinitely beyond that.
