seal

large
tractor
cabs.

developed

innovative
testing
process
to
objectively
compare
candidate
door
seal
designs,
initiated
and
maintained
a
relationship
with
the
seal
supplier,
and
provided
manufacturing
support
as
the
seal
was
adopted
in
the

factory.
My
project
will
save
the
company
an
estimated
$6,000
per
year
in
warranty‐related
costs.
More
importantly,
my
work
contributed
to
a
high
quality
product,
which
customers
in
the
agricultural
industry
value.

coworkers
makes
me
a
great

expanding

operations
rapidly
in
China
and
Brazil.
This
sudden
growth
comes
with
